[orca-list] orca changing synthesisers

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this problem.
A few times when I do a search on Google, my Synthesiser keeps changing
in Orca and I get that "This is a dummy output module" error message and
the computer refuses to responde so I have to switch my PC off using the
power button as CTRL Alt Delete won't reboot.
