Vilmar, I have Thunderbird 3.0.5 and Orca 2.30.2.

Now this is unexpected. when I entered orca --version in the terminal, I 
also got:

** (orca:8570): WARNING **: Trying to register gtype 'WnckWindowState' 
as enum when in fact it is of type 'GFlags'

** (orca:8570): WARNING **: Trying to register gtype 'WnckWindowActions' 
as enum when in fact it is of type 'GFlags'

** (orca:8570): WARNING **: Trying to register gtype 
'WnckWindowMoveResizeMask' as enum when in fact it is of type 'GFlags'
