Dear List,

Big +1 for proposal 1, but need fixing if possible the following bug:

+1 for kp_insert default with desktop keyboard layout if not producing 
problem a builtin laptop keyboard if first using Orca the desktop 
layout, and not have kp_insert key. But, of course, in this situation 
general the Orca textual setup is awailable. Or, for example anybody 
using Ubuntu with accessible mode, the Orca setup dialog is automaticaly 
open and the user easy to setting laptop layout with first Orca launch.

So, the need items is following the future combo box:
- Capslock (default with laptop layout)
- Insert
- Kp_insert (default with desktop layout if the community want)
- Insert and kp_insert (oldest way with desktop layout)
