Hi Steve,
The last thing that I can see in the page is the phrase "I Understand
the Risks". However if I click in the word understand using the
CapsLock+7 key, more text is shown including an Accept Button.

Well, when I paste in the below page, it does not look quite like it
does in firefox. In fact, it appears that Orca is not showing all the
information and the controls don't appear below so one will have to
actually go to the above link to see what I'm talking about. If this
can be reproed by anyone else, I would gladly file a bug though it will
probably have less to show on that bug report's edit box.
