Great, it would be great to have orca documentation in french. You can right away start translating the 
various page on Orca Wiki http://live.gnome.org/Orca/ into french.
If you download latest orca sourcecode you will find that it now has a complete manual page, perhaps can you 
translate it into french. 

Also I started moving various orca documentation into new Gnome Mallard format.  Perhaps if you like you can 
translate documents too.
