[orca-list] orca and updating flat review

Hello there.
I tried to use synapse - quite good application launcher, it uses 
zeidgeist and some plugins.
You simply type something and it tries to guess what you want to do and 
you can press tab to select other action.
But orca doesn't update changes in the interface when I use flat review, 
because there isn't any other mean of checking situation.
Is there any help? Or is there any other app launcher working better 
with orca?
