Can you please tell me if there is a program for voice conferencing
accessible with Orca?

There are many SIP clients out there which are quite accessible. Ekiga
(GTK), Linphone (console and GTK interface) or Twinkle (QT3 and console
UI) for example. At least Twinkle also supports conference calls.

I heard of Mumble but it is not accessible with Orca.

That shouldn't necessarily prevent you from using it. I use Mumble
during my job. It is permanently running to allow me and my colleagues
to keep in touch as we work at different locations.

Sure, Mumble uses Qt4 and is not accessible for orca, but the connection
data can be specified on program execution.

Assuming your Mumble server runs at mumble.example.net and you want to
connect and join the room "meeting" and your user name is "milton", you
can execute mumble as follows:

  mumble mumble://milton mumble example net/meeting

If Mumble already knows your password, you'll be connected immediately
and can start conferencing. Otherwise you can enter your password and
press enter. Perhaps you may need some sighted assistance when starting
mumble for the first time to go through the audio wizard and accept the
server certificate, but if you are getting a bit familiar with Mumble,
you don't need sighted help at all, except for configuring the shortcuts
such as push-to-talk, mute, etc. You however do not necessarily need
them.

cheers

  Henning
