Works fine here. I don't remember if I had to tweak anything to get
this dialog to talk. I know we had a problem with the shutdown dialog
in the past but works now; I hope there isn't something that has to be
done which I have forgotten about.

It is not a problem for shut down the machine because after pressing
alt+control+delete pressing the enter button does the job.
