[orca-list] More structural navigation thoughts

Hi all
Given that we're binding the structural navigation shortcut keys, I have
a question about one I've been curious over. What does the "go to last
live region" key, y, do exactly? Why do we need that one when we have r
and shift-r (though that's going to change) to go through live regions?
If we don't need this key, could y and shift-y perhaps be bound to next
and previous live region to free up r and shift-r for radio buttons? So
far, the only letter keys we have left are: d, f, g, j, k, n, w, and z.
Of these I think d and shift-d, n and shift-n, or y and shift-y make the
most sense.

What do you all think?
