This is being worked on. Currently you can set up hotkeys to answer or hang 
up, call a given contact and more. This can be done in a text console or 
from a gnome terminal. When skype starts for the first time you tab 3 times, 
left-arrow and space then enter username, tab and enter pw. Those interested 
in further progress should go to linux-speakup.org and read the info on 
speakfreely and get on the reflector as this doesn't have much to do with 
orca.
