Re: [orca-list] Proofreading In Braille in OpenOffice

Hi Erik.

Based on your description, we have this RFE opened in Orca
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=364772 which is blocked by
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=71360 in OpenOffice.
(i.e. Right now we don't know what errors are being detected, so we
cannot present them in speech or in braille.)

Hope this helps. Take care.

Hi.
I have a suggestion for Orca. Is it all possible to underline proofreading
errors that are detected by the spell checker while one is writing a
document? Because I do know for a fact that this capability does exist in
Windows running JFW. Not sure if it does in the current version of MS
Office. This would be helpful if say for instance, one is scrolling
through a long document. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
