[orca-list] orca not updating correctly

I am using the latest orca, at-spi, gale and atk from trunk and I
notice that in the case of both text and combo boxes, orca is not
properly updating what it thinks is on the screen, but reading with
the numpad keys is correct.  For instance, if I delete a character
from a text box, I hear that character, rather than the one where the
cursor is now, this is somewhat confusing.  Also, in a combo box, Orca
never updated what it thought the setting was, but the numpad keys
read correctly -- the only way to get it working was to close and
re-open the dialog.
