[orca-list] problems when reading the attached message using thunderbird

Hi all,

To reproduce try the following steps:
1) Save the attached file.
2) Launch thunderbird.
3) Open any message.
4) Activate the view menu pressing alt+v.
5) Press the down key until hear message body as menu.
6) press enter or press the right arrow key.
7) Make sure that the option original html is selected.
8) Open in thunderbird the file saved in the step 1. In the file menu 
you find an option to open saved message.
9) Scroll in the message using the down key until you reach the 
following line:
The user interface is divided into logical panes ---//
10) Press down key again.

At least for me orca repeats the same line, I can not read the next line.
