[orca-list] Custom key echo?

This was posted on the Ubuntu forums and I thought was a very good
question and feature idea. I understand that most people pump out speech
as fast as they can but it caught my eye.

Hi, I have a question. Can "key echo" have its own pitch, rate, and
volume?

I would like to have Orca shorten their speech when I type, which is
good for a typist. This is irregardless of what application I use.
