[orca-list] Not quite a flag day, but.... Orca now uses GtkBuilder instead of Glade

Hi all.

In GNOME 2.27, libglade has been deprecated in favor of GtkBuilder. As a
result, it was necessary for us to migrate away from Glade. I have just
committed the necessary changes to git master. Everything seems to work
as expected, but you should be on the lookout for regressions related to
the use of Orca dialogs.

Please note: Because old files were removed and new files were added,
you might wish to do a 'make uninstall' prior to doing the autogen,
make, and make install of the latest from git. Otherwise you may run
across issues which are not bugs, but rather the result of cruft lying
around.
