[orca-list] Two known problems with Orca v2.27.4

Hi All:

Just a heads up - there are two known problems with Orca v2.27.4.

One is that applets in the top panel no longer speak.  This is due to 
the fix made for http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=568696. I've 
reverted that fix in the git master branch so that the top panel will 
work again.

The other is that the patch to add experimental pauses into the speech 
output for http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=585417 included an 
errant comma at the end of a line.  I've fixed that in the git master 
branch as well.
