Hello all,

I'm noticing the most strange behavier. As stated before I have a vinux 1.2 and a wubi ubuntu 8.10. The funny thing is, in ubuntu, the users and groups tool doesn't seem to be accessible. But when I use vinux it is. Any suggestions as to why?
