I'll add myself to the list of people who think that performance is
more important than all this extra processing. I like the current
implementation because it works very well. M and shift m seem good
as well. I personally don't like all the extra speaking when I load a
page most of the time I just want to know when the page is loaded so I
can start exploring and using it. So I'm glad that I have that working
correctly. If I want more info it's simple to press a keystroke. I usually
heavily load my CPU with various things so I'd like the screenreader to
use as few resources as is possible while still being useful.
