[orca-list] Can anybody writing an example with speak multicase strings as word setting?

Dear List!

Now I seeing with Orca preferences GUI/speech page the speak multicase 
strings as words checkbox.
Before I translate this checkbox message with hungarian, possible 
anybody tell me what doing this function and any trivial example this 
function?
Why ask this?
I can not see comment with translation po file, only seeing this:
