[orca-list] Sticky Orca Key

The subject says it all.  Occasionally, I get a stuck Orca key.  No, the 
key is not physically stuck.  Usually, hitting the Orca key, by itself a 
f couple times fixes it.  Is this a known bug?  Is there a work-around 
other than what I do now?

I'm running the Orca that ships with Ubuntu 8.10.  Instead of Gnome 
Speech, I'm using Speech Dispatcher.
