Josh,
Ubuntu runs on the Gnome Desktop, which from my
understanding includes orca by default. If it doesn't, then the
distribution itself does. If it is buntu, and it uses the gnome desktop,
it comes with orca (EEEBuntu, Vibuntu aka vinux, Ubuntu, Ubuntu netbook remix,
etcetera etcerta).
