[orca-list] usenet in thunderbird

I have managed to set up my email accounts in Thunderbird.
However when setting up my news account, I can't seem to be able to 
locate the menu option for downloading Usenet groups.
How do I get them as orca doesn't read any appropriate option in the 
subscribe dialogue.
