[orca-list] logof and shutdown window inaccessible under intrepid???

Hi,
I have installed ubuntu intrepid on my laptop and download all available updates.
My problem is the logof and shutdown window are inaccessible.

I thought this problem was fixed in ubuntu's rc of intrepid.

How can I get this to work???
any workarrounds?
