[orca-list] Orca Languages

Hi, I wondered what languages subscribers to this mailing list used as their
default display language, braille tables, keyboard layout and Orca voice etc.
Are there significant numbers of people using languages other than English
and if so what are you using?

I think I have already asked whether anyone knows how to set the Orca/Espeak
language and keyboard layout by passing arguments to the boot prompt and it
looks like it isn't possible from the responses I have had so far, but if
anyone thinks this might be possible I am willing to try anything at the
moment.
