Hi Krishnakant.

The Live CD  installer works well with Ubuntu and Orca. Yes you are correct 
you need to run Orca as root and then the Ubiquity installer also as root:

sudo orca -- no-setup disable main-window

After you get Orca's welcome message
type sudo ubiquity

After this you should be able to  use the installer with Orca without any 
trouble.
