Cool.  To fix Braille, make a file that I'm pretty sure is called 
/etc/brlapi.key with a line of any text in it.  Again, please let us know 
how you get on.

     BTW, the first problem will be fixed in F10 because the new Orca 
packages now depend on gnome-python2-libwnck.  I'm going to download 
brltty-3.10 from the Fedora build system to see if they've fixed the key 
generation on installation problem.
