[orca-list] notification area

HI all,
Perhaps this question was already asked before but I didn't found the 
answer.

Is it possible to access the notification area using orca?
Today I heard a message about a crash in an application  but I couldn't 
click in the message to obtain more details. I suspect that the message 
was presented in the notification area.
