Added to that, some of us actually get a lot of email, and tend to skim over a mailbox, and may or may not 
read a message depending on the subject line. If people hijack threads with other questions/content and keep 
the old subject in tact, people who choose not to read that discussion based on subject may miss something 
very important, or a question may go unanswered that could possibly be answered by someone who happened to 
miss the discussion due to the subject line being unique.
