[orca-list] Bad behaviour with Evolution

Hi guys

Very often when I use Evolution, and the focus is in the message list
and I switch to another app, Orca sets the locus of focus to Evolution
very often even when no new mail has arrived. 
Can anyone confirm this? is this reported? 

I use Orca from the svn and GNOME/Evolution from 2.24.x
