[orca-list] opensolaris not speaking

i have downloaded what i think may be the accessible version of 
opensolaris but it doesn't seem to be speaking or beeping.
the version i have is osol-0811-101a-rc1b-globalddiso.
i pressed down arrow 5 times after the cd first stops spinning 
and pressed enter once but the cd spun, stopped spinning, spun 
again, stopped with no beep or speech.
