Subject: [orca-list] Unfortunately, some more newbie
questions Hi all,
I know I'm not spacificly discussing orca here,
however, if I'm off topic please point me to a list where I can have that piece
of mind of being on topic.
I have done some research, and have found Wicd as a
replacework manager replacement (because I can't seem to figure out how to see
my wireless on Network Manager (system/administration/network manager)). I
figured I'd install Wicd and give it a shot, however, something puts a hitch in
that idea.
I am told to edit /etc/pkdg/sources.list(I think
that's the right path off the top of mind). and add the
following:
deb http://apt.wicd.net intrepid extras
then I run
sudo apt-get install wicd
It tells me the package can't be found. Am I
doing something wrong here?
Tj
