[orca-list] Tweek in users-admin to make it easier for us

Hi ALl,
I just submitted a bug at:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=535063
which should make it easier to add users with accessibility, if anyone
could add comments, that'd be much appreciated.

THe problem came about when I was adding a user who needed
magnification, and I just thought it'd be easier if there was a list of
accessibility profiles like there is user profiles to coose from, so a
new user can log in with a pretty much already configured desktop
accessibility-wise.
