I have Ubuntu 7.10, and there in acessability section Orca can be set so
name and password are not asked for, and it just turns on until Orca
talks as it gets to the desktop. Ubuntu 8.04 does not do that, it
stops. Will

How do you do it? The instructions I found were, hmm, confusing. For
instance, "You might view the files in /etc/X11/gdm/modules." seems to
be wrong, or my system is broken. /etc is there, of course, /X11 is
there, /gdm isn't, and consequently /modules isn't there, since it was
to have been in the /gdm directory listed above. I guess the most
important question is am I even looking in the right place at the
right instructions? Also, before I end up possibly reinventing the
wheel, is accessible login already set up and just has to be activated?
