Something like
yasr -s "emacspeak server" -p "|/usr/local/bin/eflite" should work, if 
your eflite is in /usr/local/bin.

I'd recommend editing your yasr.conf (probably in /usr/share/yasr or 
/usr/local/share/yasr) to specify the correct synthesizer and port so that 
you don't need to specify parameters to start it.
