[orca-list] fedora9 brltty and orca problem

Hi,

I just installed fedora 9 last night.
I used yum to install brltty 3.9 and brlapi-5.0 and python-brlapi-5.0.
I started gnome and when I started orca and told it to include braille support.
I exited gnome and with brltty running, reentered gnome, but had no braille support.

I exited gnome and recompiled and installed orca 2.22.1 which I have had to do in the past to enable braille, 
but still no braille support.
I made sure I had a /etc/brlapi.key file with permissions of 777 as well.

Any thoughts / suggestions welcome.
