[orca-list] hardi beta installation with orca still facing problems?

hello,
as mentioned previously I am not able to run orca --no-setup & in the
terminal with sudo su (root user ).
this means all my chances for trying out hardi beta and latest orca is
negated unless I have a sited installer.
I however forgot to mention one more interesting point.
orca --no-setup workd in non root mode.
just let me know if any one is facing this same problems and if there
is a solution.
