[orca-list] Accessible Help

Hey All:

Just an FYI..

At CSUN, we were asked about the lack of good accessible help for GNOME, 
and I couldn't remember the workaround someone had posted.  I did some 
digging and found it in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356041.

I also created/updated http://live.gnome.org/Orca/Yelp, which can be 
found from http://live.gnome.org/Orca/AccessibleApps.
