The speech page of the Orca preferences allows you to change the synthesizer
used. eSpeak should be one of the options listed under "Gnome speech driver".
After entering the Orca preferences, use the cursor right key to move to the
speech page, then move down to the Gnome speech driver option and select
eSpeak.

If that doesn't work for you, you can always edit your
~/.orca/user-settings.py file.
