[orca-list] Please test the "automatic language choice for speech" fix for Orca

Hey All:

In response to some recent concerns, I've made a patch to Orca's 
gnome-speech support to have it attempt to default to a speech synthesis 
engine/voice that is in the language of the environment used to start Orca.

The patch is attached to this bug:

If you're technically capable of applying patches (the patch has not 
been checked in) and building/installing Orca, I'd love it if you could 
experiment with this patch and post your experiences as comments to the bug.
