[orca-list] Shortcut key to add an item to the pannel?

Hello all:
I knew this key at one time but cannot for the life of me think of it at 
the moment. I need to know the shortcut key which allows the user to add 
a new item to a gnome pannel. I looked through the shortcut key 
preferences on my system but cannot see it in there.

Anyone know what it is?
