I've opened a bug for your report and attached a patch. I have not
marked the bug as testing required yet because I have no idea if what I
came up with is the right solution or not. Will is the master of all
things flat review, so the patch is a starting point for discussion more
than anything.  But I wanted you to know that we're on it -- and
hopefully close to having it fixed.  The bug can be found here:
