[orca-list] WebVisum Firefox extension helps fix accessibility problems in pages

Orca users might be interested in trying WebVisum with Firefox 3. It's 
brand new, a work in progress, but seems quite promising. Basically it 
helps fix up pages, including label unlabeled images, even to the point 
of solving captchas (3 per day maximum).
