[orca-list] Collection Interface

For those on the bleeding edge, two patches have been posted that 
significantly speed up structural navigation (next header, form element 
etc) in Firefox.  You will need to apply an Orca and an atspi patch, 
both to their trunk version.  Details can be found here

The two patches involve the AT-SPI Collection interface.  Details about
