[orca-list] installing ubuntu

i think that when installing ubuntu, there should be a way of 
selecting a regio without having to arrow down a list of 40 or 50 
countries just to get to the region you are in, something like 
perhaps been able to enter part or all of your location in the 
combobox so if you live in london and you are in the region box, 
you can type something like lond or london to either narrow down 
the location or jump directly so you don't have to just pesss 
down arrow continously especially if your city is in the middle 
like london is.
