You must use brltty v 3.9 
Because there are a bugg in 3.10

Hi all,
I know that this has been discussed some time ago, but i cant find it. I
want to install BRLTTY on openSUSE, but how do I do that? I want to use
my other braille display which is not supported by the blinux system.
