[orca-list] Playing DVD's in Orca

I popped in a regular DVD today and my gnome setup defaults to using
totem movie player to show the contents.  Now I've used Totem movie
player to listen to OGG and MP3 files all the time with complete
accessibility.  Alas when I had a DVD in there, I couldn't figure out
anything.  I only heard the introductory music but couldn't navigate
anywhere.  I even went into the Go menu and tried the various options
but I seemed to be stuck in the DVD menu and couldn't go anywhere
else.  ARE DVD's not usable with Orca or am I missing something here?
