[orca-list] help with orca preferences for firefox

I added accessibility ubuntu repository and installed speech-dispatcher, orca-devel and espeak.

The orca version is 2.23.5. But I will ant to test the 2.23.6 version.

Uninstalled the gnome-orca-devel pacage andinstall the new version. But when I press control+capslook+space 
em my laptop in firefox windows, the orca preferences for firefox do not open.

How can I do it?
