Hello Prakash, TTSynth and Voxin are virtually the same product. They use the exact same speech engine and accompanying library files. The only difference, aside from the price, is that the voxin installer targets Debian Linux variants such as Ubuntu, and TTSynth is designed specifically for RPM-based distributions like Fedora. Addon packages like the Speakup connector will compile and work with either synthesizer; the same is also true for gnome-speech, speech dispatcher, emacspeak, etc. I have also seen regular updates to voxin for continued compatibility with Ubuntu, but not so many with TTSynth. TTSynth may not require as many, however, since its package is in a different format. To summarize, use voxin in Ubuntu, and TTSynth in Fedora.
