[orca-list] Faster Language Switching?

Hi list,
Any chance of binding a hotkey for switching to a particular voice? I
need to use both US English and Finnish with eSpeak or Festival. Now to
switch languages I need to hit caps+space for the panel, wait a few
secs for it to appear, use the arrows to find the speedch tab, again tab
switching isn't instant nor is the last tab recalled, tab down the
dialog to find the voice list, change the voice, hit alt+a twice to
reach apply and hit space on it. Not exactly instant compared to merely
hitting a hotkey.

One gripe I also have is that the text describing controls is still in
English, yet spoken in Finnish. It would be far better if I could retain
the English voice and English prompts for screeen reader prompts yet
have screen text spoken in Finnish.  Alternatively  you could have the
same speech language and locale for both the screen texct and screen
reader text: i.e. both in Finnish.

PS: Why don't Orca sliders such as speed react to page keys? i thought
Gnome sliders would.

PPS: SOrry about mainly complaining here. I mean, it is great to have
the FInnish in the first place. But granted, Orca still has a long way
to go in terms of features and usability, in my view.
