I don't think so.
At school I am dayly using ubuntu 7.10 and pidgin from there works well 
with Orca. I am not using MSN so I was not about to reply to this post 
originally.
There were some problems reported with newer versions of pidgin but I am 
sure these can be worked around at some point.

The think I know is webcam nor voice support is there.
